Why you need a Virtual Assistant

I work as a Virtual Assistant offering professional and personal support for small businesses, sole traders and entrepreneurs.  Wherever you are, I am able to help! Whatever your requirements, I can assist with daily business needs as well as lifestyle support: Social Media Marketing, blog or report writing, newsletters, email and website management, any office or personal administration including diary management and travel plans. I am here to help with tasks that are too much for you to deal with on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

No more holiday pay; no more lunch hours; no more sick pay; you only pay me when you need me. It may be your peak season, you may have a new client and bucket load of work that you just can’t cope with – you don’t need me in the office… you just need me at the end of a phone or an email ready to tackle any task you want to outsource to relieve you of the load and allow you to focus on what you do best!

Projects have included running a booking system for a pilates studio, producing a monthly newsletter for a national estate agent, blog writing for multiple and varied clients, report writing and editing for an aviation fuel specialist, marketing for a restaurant, a catering business, an interior design business, a boutique hotel, a wine merchant, a pet crematorium and a yoga studio. Well they say variety is the spice of life!

Whatever your line of business, I can help. Save yourself time and money and drop me an email or give me a call. No more holiday pay, sick pay, only use me when you need to, lighten your load so you can spend more time doing what you want to do and not what you have to do.

Where It All Began

I started my working life in the Press Office for The Savoy Group, London. This proved to be an invaluable grounding for the world I worked in and created a network of lifelong connections. From there I moved on to work as a Production Manager for a theatrical production company - Jolly Good Productions. I was responsible for all business administration as well as artist management, marketing and pr for any touring productions, gala concerts and shows. From there, I branched out on my own and worked freelance promoting artists and assisting with productions, concerts and musical projects.

Over the following years, I continued using my marketing skills but became more involved with wedding and event planning. I worked at Castle Hill Devon for the Earl and Countess of Arran, Bridwell Park Devon, World Inspired Tents and Huntsham Court Devon. I continue to work as a Wedding and Event planner as Actually Clare alongside my Virtually Clare work.
