Hourly Rate

Hourly Rate

For those small or ad hoc projects, an hourly rate might work for you. I charge £25 per hour for event and marketing support and a negotiable rate for admin support depending on the requirements.

Retainer

Retainer

A retainer might work best for you if you need regular monthly work on an ongoing basis even if it's a couple of hours a week! Hourly rates are £20 with a minimum of 2 hours per week.

Fixed Fee

Fixed Fee

A one off project might work best with an agreed fixed fee for an estimated length of project. Projects can be big or small and vary in length so let's have a chat about what you need.

My Story

With many years in the wedding and events industry under my belt and extensive marketing and social media experience, I am delighted to be able to offer my services as a virtual assistant for you and your business or as an events or wedding planner for an upcoming celebration. I am there to help with tasks that are just too much for you to deal with either on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. It may be your peak season. You may have a new client and a bucket load of extra work that you just can't cope with. You don't need me in the office... you just need me at the end of the phone or the computer to carry some of that load to allow you to focus on what you do best and what you enjoy. I specialise in helping small businesses and one man bands with office administration including the all important social media marketing, blog writing, report writing and general day to day office tasks that can be outsourced. Wedding planning and event organising obviously can't be done virtually and need to be done actually which I would be delighted to do! My work to date has taken me from Assistant Press Officer for The Savoy Group in London, to Production Assistant at The Jolly Good Production Company, to running my own Press and PR business - Fynn Promotions. More recently I have worked as Wedding and Events Co-ordinator at Castle Hill, Devon, Events Co-ordinator at World Inspired Tents and Events Director at Bridwell Park, Devon. I am currently helping a number of clients with their social media marketing, blog writing and business administration and wedding planning for some truly wonderful couples.
